I really enjoyed good views!

Generally, the place was magnificent and had elegant staff with warm service. The location was great and beautiful for traveling around Singapore, right by the the shopping area, and St Regis Singapore. It also was by taxi or using the subway to Orchard MRT station.

The location was incredible and wonderful - just 5 minutes' walk from A 160-Year-Old Tropical Garden. Our room was beautifully maintained with a big bed, lavish chandeliers and large windows. We did not want to leave and would stay here again, truly enjoyed the city and hotel.

I was there for 2 nights and ate at Michelin star rated restaurant for dinner.

It's gorgeous family-friendly hotel with affable staff. The location is favourable, 15 minutes' walk to Em Gallery. The Michelin star rated restaurant is nice place to hang out.

Also, location was favourable, a 10-15 minute walk from A 160 - Year - Old Tropical Garden. A shopping area and a bakery were right next door.

I enjoyed absolutely wonderful and ideal location of this property.

The place was fairly clean and luxury, had very professional staff with the impeccable service provided by the staff here.

Great choice for trip...

Fancy, clean hotel with absolutely courteous and very attentive staff and a lobby bar. Unbeatable and wonderful location, to the Botanical Gardens. Elegant-style building, well-stocked rooms with large smart TVs and view of other buildings, for instance.

Fabulous family-friendly hotel, great views of the botanical garden. Incredibly hospitable and qualified staff in the whole property. Lovely big room, exceptionally comfortable bed and luxurious bathroom. Amazing and perfect location, to the main shopping areas. And next to the Singapore Botanical Gardens and all of Orchard Road shopping and major shopping destinations like ION Orchard, Isetan and Takashimaya.

Perfect location of the hotel on the Orchard Road shopping street. I appreciated stocked rooms with the butler to handle, garden view plus lavish chandeliers.

By and large, it was good choice for sightseeing in Singapore, had much fun and met especially helpful staff with the impeccable service provided by the staff here. We ate at a BEAUTIFUL restaurant for breakfast. The bed was comfortable and a lounge area and a sofa set were a bonus. The location was comfortable, at a short distance from Ion Orchard.

The setting was quite exceptionally nice within easy reach of A 160 - Year - Old Tropical Garden.

The room was a nice size with 18th level, three adjacent frosted glass cubicles separately making up the wardrobe plus a big bed.

We had an amazing stay at a luxurious hotel in an upscale neighborhood. The location was perfect, with a Michelin Starred restaurant nearby, known for its impeccable service and high-quality cuisine. The hotel was not far from the stunning botanical gardens, providing a beautiful natural escape. It was also conveniently located close to the Orchard subway station, making it easy to explore the city. Our room was elegantly furnished, with a spacious and luxurious bathroom that had all the amenities we needed. The service throughout our stay was exceptional, with attentive and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we've ever had, with a wide variety of delicious options. the hotel provided a peaceful and relaxing experience in a sophisticated setting.

The check-in process could be a bit slow and disorganized.
