The place was magnificent with elegant staff providing warm service. the location was great and beautiful for traveling around Singapore, right by the shopping area and St Regis Singapore. - It was convenient to reach by taxi or using the subway to Orchard MRT station.

I enjoyed absolutely wonderful and ideal location of this property.

The place was fairly clean and luxury, had very professional staff with the impeccable service provided by the staff here.

The location was incredible and wonderful, just a 5-minute walk from a 160-year-old tropical garden. Our room was beautifully maintained with a big bed, lavish chandeliers, and large windows. - We did not want to leave and would stay here again, truly enjoyed the city and hotel.

By and large, it was good choice for sightseeing in Singapore, had much fun and met especially helpful staff with the impeccable service provided by the staff here. We ate at a BEAUTIFUL restaurant for breakfast. The bed was comfortable and a lounge area and a sofa set were a bonus. The location was comfortable, at a short distance from Ion Orchard.

Stayed here for two nights and had dinner at a Michelin-starred restaurant. 🌟

it's a luxurious hotel with 24 hour gym. the staff were friendly and helpful.

many things; First, from the start when I book the hotel and the the management calling me trying to milk more money (why don't you upgrade to this and that for as little as this and that a day). ooh you want internet no problem how about this and that and this for as little as 120 bucks a day ! what ? i'm suppose to get internet free! you are a 5 star hotel, aren't you? The taxes where 1/4 of the price, which was expansive already. the morning breakfast was nothing special yet very expensive. MRT is 20min a way (with kids that is just not good).

Everything from the art collection of Cecilia Kwek to the exquisite finishing in the Astor Suite full of veneer, bevelled mirrors, the best marble, carpets, and toiletries... I loved it all. And the staff at Les Saveurs and the concierge were always helpfula ll along the way.

The elevator is quite slow and sometimes the staff kept me waiting on the phone when they should just say to call back with the information... But I would love to stay here again and again.

The St Regis Singapore is a fancy and clean hotel with absolutely courteous and very attentive staff. It boasts an elegant-style building, well-stocked rooms with large smart TVs, and a lobby bar. the location is unbeatable and wonderful, close to the Botanical Gardens.

I did not like that the hotel - only on checking out (not a checking in) did the hotel bill me for 14 dollars extra as they said a mistake was made with my booking! Now an Internet booking which was paid - well I never experience this before and in the scheme of things what was 14 dollars but the hotel upset me about this. How can they charge me for what they said was a mistake made on the internet. all this upset over 14 dollars - when tea and sandwich was around 50 dollars! Also at the event, a waiter spilled a tray of champagne over my evening dress -

Fantastic hotel - after 25 times in Singapore I stayed here for the first time. The best hotel in Singapore - fabulous.

Only minor issue was trying to learn the in room lights! Finally got there.

This place is stunning and perfect for families, plus the staff is super friendly. the location is great, just a short 15-minute walk to Em Gallery. the restaurant here has a Michelin star rating, making it a great spot to hang out. 🌟

The rooms were very nice. Breakfast was good.

Butler service slow to respond. Called few times then only the phone was answered. In room dining service was poor, called thrice no one picked up. Had to call the butler to order my food. This is Singapore, you would expect impeccable levels of service. I have stayed at the St. Regis in Bangkok, the service there is so much better and the room rates are less than half the price of Singapore. Will certainly stay at St Regis Bangkok again but not so sure about St Regis Singapore.

It was truly an amazing stay for the Xmas holidays, the hotel met the criteria. I enjoyed the classic-style building and my well-maintained and stocked room. Fantastic central location close to the gardens by the bay, arranged by St Regis Singapore and where most of the patrons are non-locals. I had a perfect and free buffet breakfast.
